Did you do a funding round? Are you thinking about crowdfunding? Looking for angels or VCs? If these questions concern you, come to the workshop with Felix von Bredow from EY. He will give you tips and recommendations on how to deal with requirements and contract clauses in negotiations between investors and start-ups.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
Legal issues are often neglected by start-ups in the growth phase. Some things are simply more important, such as the implementation of your own ideas and the development of your company’s activities. In order to provide a basic understanding of financing, Felix von Bredow would like to give an overview of the state of the art in start-up and venture capital.

The event will be held in English, but can also be held in German, depending on the participants.
