M2M-Workshop mit adesso SE

Dear members of InsurLab Germany,

We would like to invite you to our M2M workshop with adesso SE on 01.12.2020, which will take place remotely. We focus on cooperations and their mutual chances and challenges for the customer experience. What services does the customer expect in an app, what role do cooperations play and how do I direct them to the app? These are the questions adesso wants to answer together with you.

After a short keynote speech in which both topics and their interaction will be highlighted, we will evaluate the contents in two 90-minute workshops.

On the one hand, we will deal with the question how to successfully address customers so that they become aware of an app or use it (for the first time)? On the other hand, in the second workshop we will also look at the question of which services/added value an app must offer so that a customer who has become aware of it uses it continuously?

• 14:45 Two parallel workshops on the following topics
  Focus on customer experience: How can I successfully address customers so that they become aware of my app or use it (for the first time)?
  Focus on cooperation: Which services/ added value must my app offer so that the customer who has become aware of it uses it continuously?
