Together with our member company ROLAND Rechtsschutz-Versicherungs-AG, we would like to cordially invite you to our so-called “Working Lunch” on the topic of “Modern and Agile Leadership as a Top-Sharing Tandem”.
Dr. Philipp Nolte, Head of Change Management, ROLAND-Rechtsschutz-Versicherungs-AG will interview Julio Schuback, a trained journalist, together with Dr. Elena Albrecht, HR Recruiting and Consulting Officer, ROLAND-Rechtsschutz-Versicherungs-AG and Stefan Schmid, Senior Corporate Manager, InsurLab Germany.
Julio Schuback has been working in various management positions at AUDI AG for over 5 years and since December 2020 he has been responsible in tandem with Melanie Goldmann for the Communications, Editorial and Events department. In the interview, he will tell us more about what top sharing (leadership as a tandem) does, why companies benefit from it, how top sharing can be established and what the topic has to do with agility – #InnovateInsurance
