The InsurLab Germany Topic Day “Virtual Assistants” deals in detail with the features of voice bots, chat bots & Co, which were still in the future 1 or 2 years ago. Because dialogs and variables now intertwine between humans and machines (backend).
We welcome providers who make technology and backgrounds tangible in the workshop:
Participants of the workshop can compare solutions and discuss the interaction of the systems in the group and discuss current hurdles. A TOP OPPORTUNITY to review the topic of service quality, availability and technology. The content portion of the event will end at 5:30 p.m. with optional networking until 6:30 p.m.

Another note: Due to the current infection situation, this event (originally planned for March 10) has been postponed to May 12. We believe that Topic Day can unfold its special added value primarily in physical form (of course, in a health-safe environment).
