We analyze common pain points in the claims process—from data silos and manual checks to cumbersome communication channels—and work in groups to develop ideas for digital solutions, ranging from initial estimates and resource planning to the validation of reported claims. This results in initial prototype sketches or flowcharts that can be further developed within your own company. Finally, we prioritize the best ideas based on their value and feasibility.
