Just in time for the second half of 2020, we have received fresh growth and are expanding our team with two new colleagues. Anna Kessler will join us as a new senior startup manager and Stefan Schmid as the new Senior Corporate Manager.
Before Anna Kessler joined us, she spent almost nine years in various positions at Deutsche Bank, most recently in the area of digitalization and innovation. Here, for example, she helped set up Deutsche Bank VersicherungsManager as a corporate venture and thus brings the ideal experience for our team and especially for our start-ups. "I look forward to engaging in a close exchange with our startups and helping them realize their vision for the future.„
In her free time, Anna likes to explore new countries. She has already made a stop in more than 50 countries and more will follow as soon as it is possible again.
Stefan Schmid worked for 10 years as a strategy consultant in the insurance sector, most recently at Monitor Deloitte. Now he brings the Munich feeling to our campus and sniffs the nice, fresh Cologne air.
Through his experience as an insurance consultant and the support of many small and large projects he was allowed to move, Stefan also brings ideal experience to our hub.
He is looking forward to building on this in InsurLab Germany and supporting value-creating projects at the interface between young, innovative and enthusiastic startups with innovation-hungry insurers.
