The InsurLab Germany team grows

Autumn makes everything new – that’s what we thought and we are expanding our team by two more colleagues. The first working week has begun for Linn Korfmann and Laura Duffe. For this reason we would like to introduce our two colleagues to you.
Linn Korfmann (right in the picture) joins our team in Cologne as campus and event manager. After successfully completing her studies in tourism, hotel and event management, she gained her first experience in the hotel business.
When her wanderlust became too great, she packed her bag and travelled through Australia and Southeast Asia – impressions you will never forget! Born in the northern lights, she finally moved to Cologne. Here she took up a position as an assistant to a management consultancy – this enabled her to broaden her professional horizons and get to know a new industry. “Now I am happy to be part of the InsurLab Germany team and to expand the community around the campus in Cologne!”
As a former active football player, she now enjoys visiting the football stadium of her favourite club. With her sporting ambition, her balanced nature and her experience in coordination and event management, she will optimally strengthen our team.
Laura Duffe (left in picture) is taking over the position of Manager Marketing, Communication and Events in our team with immediate effect. With the ruhr-area in her heart, she has come to us in Cologne. Flexible as she is, she starts the new job and the new city with a lot of enthusiasm. “I am looking forward to new challenges, to working with my great team and of course to the Kölsche-Karneval!”
Her interest in communication and marketing was already expressed during her journalism studies. Here she specialized early on in public relations and marketing. This was reflected in her career choice. In a classic public relations agency, she supported various companies from various industries. Afterwards she studied corporate communications in the master’s degree . Here she focused on the areas of social media and live communication. With her affinity for communication and events, she is exactly the right person for this position.
