The emergence of digital ecosystems is a phenomenon that has been observed in numerous industries in recent years, where it is causing major changes in market strategy. Such ecosystems, based on cooperation and collaboration between multiple players, offer companies the opportunity for innovative change with new business models.
Digital ecosystems are also highly relevant for the insurance industry. It was therefore not surprising that this omnipresent topic was chosen by our members as the focus topic for the second half of 2021 in order to deepen and explore it in various workshops, events and topic groups.
