Up-skilling is the challenge of our time. Making the insurance industry's workforce fit for the digital challenges that are just beginning is no easy task. This is because employees and managers alike are caught up in an environment of a wide variety of drivers: Inertial forces are at work, customer demands are pressing, bosses are sometimes traditionalists sometimes individualists sometimes design-thinking heroes. And this is often completely independent of the corporate strategy or, if it exists, the digitization strategy. To help young high potentials in particular find their bearings and develop a vision of their goals, InsurLab Germany has joined forces with the University of Cologne Business School<\/a> has put together a top-class range of products and services: The InsurLab Academy<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The Digital Insurance Transformation Program gives participants in the 12-day certificate program, divided into 6 modules, insights and outlooks on technology, trends, business unit strategies, startups, agile working and new work, design thinking and much more - always combining theory (research) and practice (leading representatives). The pilot group with 15 participants successfully completed the program in summer 2021. Now a new group starts every quarter; on October 26 2021<\/strong> already the Class #2.
