He is responsible for the InsurLab Academy, the topics of transformation and sustainability, and the organization of various Topic Days. Philipp is also responsible for the cooperation with universities, our publications and the Career Day of insureNXT.<\/p>\n<p>Before joining us, he spent five and a half years at the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/roland-rechtsschutz-versicherungs-ag\/\">ROLAND Legal Protection<\/a>\u00a0active. There, he initially worked as a product manager with a focus on commerce and innovation. Subsequently, he worked as a change manager and was responsible in particular for the culture change program.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\"I already know InsurLab and many stakeholders very well and am now looking forward to a very intense and productive collaboration with the team, our members and our partners. Let's #InnovateInsurance!\"<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>In his free time, Philipp enjoys cycling or relaxing with a book in his hand.
