It provides precise answers to frequent, repetitive <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">topics - creating efficiency and a better customer experience in one.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>PATH, IMPACT AND FURTHER DEVELOPMENT:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4>What did the path to implementation look like and what milestones were there? What is planned for the future - and why is it worth sticking with such collaborations?<\/h4>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Our long-standing cooperation with cooperative banks, such as the <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Volksbank K\u00f6ln-Bonn, drew R+V's attention to LoyJoy. <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">At the insureNXT industry event, we deepened the exchange - resulting in <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the pilot phase with Emmie for pet insurance. <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Emmie has now been in regular operation for two months. The next step: <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Rollout to the entire, extensive R+V website and all products. <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">We are aiming to achieve this this year. <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Why stick with it? Because both sides benefit concretely: R+V gets <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">contemporary, dialogical customer experience. And we at LoyJoy learn through <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the complex use case and continue to develop the platform with determination.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>THE INSURLAB-IMPACT:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4>How did InsurLab Germany contribute to the use case coming about or gaining momentum?<\/h4>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">InsurLab Germany was the door opener for our use case. <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">LoyJoy has been accepted as a member of the network. A<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">t insureNXT, co-organized by InsurLab, we were able to establish contact with <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">in greater depth.
