AI scaling from the overall perspective of transformation

On July 9, 2026 we invite you to together with our member SAS to the Topic Day Scaling AI to Heidelberg. The focus will be on the scaling of artificial intelligence in the insurance industry from an overall transformation perspective.

Diskutiert wird, wie Versicherungsunternehmen Prioritäten setzen, KI organisatorisch verankern und Entscheidungen unter Unsicherheit treffen. Ziel ist es aufzuzeigen, wie KI strukturiert von einzelnen Pilotprojekten in die unternehmensweite Anwendung überführt wird – und dabei messbare Wirkung entfaltet. Denn die Phase isolierter Experimente liegt hinter der Branche. Jetzt geht es darum, KI verbindlich zu priorisieren, systematisch zu integrieren und nachhaltig in Wertschöpfung zu überführen.

Why this Topic Day is important now

The discussion is shifting: no longer „Where do we start a pilot?“, but „Where do we achieve performance?“ Insurance companies are faced with the task of bundling AI strategically, anchoring it organizationally and making it economically effective. Scaling AI means more than just technology - it means prioritization, governance, architecture and consistent implementation across the board. The Topic Day shows what this path can look like.

Target group: The event is expressly aimed only at employees of InsurLab Germany member companies or by special invitation from SAS or InsurLab. The event is particularly interesting for board members and management in the insurance industry, IT and data managers with a mandate to scale AI, program and transformation managers in the context of AI scaling, executives from data, automation and innovation areas as well as decision-makers who no longer want to test AI but want to scale it in a structured way.
