As a (Junior) Program Manager, Formats & Facilitation You design and facilitate workshops, circles, and innovation and future-oriented formats; develop appropriate methods; and bring together different perspectives to arrive at clear outcomes and concrete next steps. You can expect a dynamic environment at the intersection of innovation, the future, technology, and the insurance industry, with plenty of creative freedom and direct contact with key industry stakeholders. We are looking for a structured, empathetic, and confident individual with solid qualifications and practical experience in designing and facilitating workshops or group sessions.

Student Worker: Event Experience & Marketing Communications (m/f/d)

Would you like to do more than just support communications, marketing, and events—would you like to actively help shape them? As a Student Worker: Event Experience & Marketing Communications You’ll develop content for our website, social media, and newsletters; market our events; and assist with their preparation and execution. In doing so, you’ll contribute your own ideas, design visual marketing materials, and ensure that our content and event experiences are presented professionally to our target audiences. You can expect an innovation-driven environment with a high degree of autonomy, thorough onboarding, and quick decision-making processes. We’re looking for a creative, articulate, and reliable person with a strong command of language, a good eye for design, and a passion for diverse tasks spanning editorial work, marketing, and event organization.
