Manager:in AI Scaling & Enablement

As Manager:in AI Scaling & Ecosystem Enablement (m/f/d) you will shape cross-company collaboration around AI-based solutions in the InsurLab Germany ecosystem and provide orientation in a complex subject area. You structure and curate AI use cases, develop strategic orientation frameworks and translate findings into decision-relevant management formats. In your neutral role, you network and moderate the exchange between insurance companies, start-ups and scale-ups as well as technology and consulting partners, consolidate experiences into collective learning and scaling perspectives and keep cooperations operational. At the same time, you will contribute to the further development of exchange, learning and reflection processes in the venture clienting context and support the strategic classification and further development of existing solutions - with a focus on enablement, scaling and sustainable ecosystem impact.
