Anna Kessler, who has played a key role in shaping and developing InsurLab Germany over the past 4.5 years in various functions and as Managing Director since May 2023, is moving to ERGO at her own request at the end of the year to contribute her expertise and passion for innovation to an established insurance company as "Head of Innovation Consulting & Delivery". As of January 01, 2025 becomes will take over the Management of InsurLab Germany .
Nolte, who has been a key part of the InsurLab team for more than two years and also enjoys broad support from the Board and team, is taking over the management of the industry initiative in a smooth transition. His close and trusting collaboration with Anna and his colleagues will ensure a seamless handover with a continued clear vision for the future. The change ensures continuity and renewal in equal measure and ensures that InsurLab Germany remains an innovation-promoting "participatory association" for members and the ecosystem.
