Masterclass: Digital regulation in the year 2025
The masterclass will examine the implications of recent digital regulation (e.g. AI Regulation, DORA) for the insurance industry. A particular focus will be on the development and use of AI systems and the regulatory challenges that companies face in this regard.
To this end, we will look at the legal basis and discuss possible solutions as to how companies can reliably determine whether and by which of the new laws they are affected, which requirements they must comply with and how they can create synergies when implementing them.
We would like to make the theoretical principles tangible with a wealth of use cases in an interactive format and invite participants to contribute their practical experience and problems to the discussion. Participants are welcome to submit topic suggestions and ideas when registering for the format, which we will be happy to take into account when designing the masterclass if possible.
Target group: Legal and IT departments of all stakeholders in the insurance industry, e.g. insurers, brokers, technical service providers and compliance staff.
