Masterclass: Digital regulation in the year 2025
Digital regulation has gained considerable momentum in recent years and continues to present companies with new challenges. Numerous laws (e.g. AI Regulation, CRA, DORA, NIS2) have been enacted, particularly at European level, which have far-reaching effects on various industries. Staggered transition periods and different areas of application create complex regulatory challenges that require a strategic approach to the new requirements.
The Clyde & Co masterclass focuses on holistic approaches to meeting the requirements of various areas of digital regulation. The focus will be on the development and use of AI systems, taking into account the AI Regulation and other related laws. In addition, IT security compliance with a special focus on supply chains will be considered, in particular with regard to DORA and NIS2.
What challenges are being addressed?
Due to the comprehensive legislation in the area of digital regulation, it can be challenging to keep track of the constantly evolving regulations and implement them in business processes. The aim is to create synergies between the respective legal frameworks and support companies in efficiently fulfilling regulatory requirements. Data protection challenges are also considered in this context.
Why is it worth taking part?
The interactive format ensures that participants can directly apply and deepen what they have learned through practical exercises and active participation. The content is specifically tailored to current developments and challenges in the insurance industry, ensuring a high level of practical relevance. The knowledge acquired enables participants to better understand complex changes and master challenges in a targeted manner.
