Masterclass: Road to Gen AI - the foundation for generating business value
In the masterclass, participants learn the most important interrelationships relating to data systems and structures, data governance and the preparation/restructuring of systems in order to design them in a sustainable, future-oriented way and lay the foundation for new technologies such as Gen AI or machine learning. As part of the masterclass, participants receive a questionnaire including fields of action and a catalog of measures that enables a simple assessment of the maturity level of the company/department and already provides concrete recommendations for action and next steps for various scenarios and maturity levels.
Target group: The event is aimed at IT decision-makers in the organizations, i.e. CIOs, data group owners, division managers, etc., to help them classify their own organization and identify concrete fields of action or to be able to discuss and plan the issues at eye level with assigned team leads.
