SZ Conference: The Digital Insurance
December 5, 2023 will mark the 11th edition of the SZ conference "The Digital Insurance" will take place in Cologne. As a long-standing partner of the event, InsurLab Germany will of course be there again - as part of the program, but also personally on site (by the way, again with part of our membership and ecosystem).
The top topic of this year's SZ conference is "Gamechanger AI - The technology and communication revolution". The widespread discussion about artificial intelligence (AI) is currently significantly influenced by technologies such as ChatGPT. In this context, the insurance industry is also faced with the question of how to deal with this significant topic. At the conference, interesting examples will be presented that illustrate which innovative possibilities AI opens up for insurance companies and how they have already been successfully implemented. Furthermore, it will be discussed which aspects of the digital customer:inside interaction can still be improved by the industry. In this context, the role of regulators, policy makers and shareholders will also be considered.
