4 questions - 1 success story

We celebrate the collaboration of our members!

In this series, we present real success stories from InsurLab members.

THE USE CASE:

What exactly is the common use case - and what problem has it solved for the insurance industry?

Cleos Welt is a PDP (Pure Digital Player) and offers its customers a customer experience that is as simple and efficient as possible. This includes a rapid response time to questions about Cleos Welt products, information on the status of claims processing and general questions about contracts. By working with Hayuno and integrating the AI agent “ReplyMate” into the operations processes, we can increase the satisfaction of our customers and potential customers. ReplyMate classifies emails (intent recognition), extracts relevant data from text/attachments, links inventory information and generates personalized, verifiable reply suggestions. As a result, Cleos Welt considerably reduces processing time, which contributes to significantly improved efficiency and contributes to the goals of Cleos Welt.

PATH, IMPACT AND FURTHER DEVELOPMENT:

What did the path to implementation look like and what milestones were there? What is planned for the future - and why is it worth sticking with such collaborations?

After a short PoC phase (1st milestone) and the agreement on ownership of the project, Cleos Welt carried out the integration together with Hayuno. Thanks to the proven API-first approach on the part of Hayuno and Cleos Welt, the connection to the Cleos Welt IT landscape and to the SCIP inventory management system was possible in a short time (2nd milestone). The most important thing was and is the ongoing testing and fine-tuning of the prompts. Thanks to the very simple and efficient communication with Hayuno, Cleo's World was able to achieve good results very quickly. The AI agent is now being used successfully in productive operation and is constantly being developed further (3rd milestone).
As a B2B tech enabler for modern insurance products, Cleos Welt relies on a digital insurance platform that enables digital insurance to be brought to market quickly, efficiently and in line with the brand. The cooperation with Hayuno significantly strengthens the performance of this platform in operation. Further AI agents from Hayuno will therefore be integrated in the future.

THE INSURLAB-IMPACT:

How did InsurLab Germany contribute to the use case coming about or gaining momentum?

As active members of InsurLab Germany, Cleos Welt and Hayuno already knew each other through their participation in various InsurLab events and formats. The collaboration and the development of the use case were accelerated by the regular events and the InsurLab's topic-specific exchange formats. Thanks to the InsurLab network, Cleos Welt and Hayuno, as smaller and younger companies, were also able to find the right contacts to successfully implement the use cases.

FAMOUS LAST WORDS:

What else would you like to tell our community?

Andy Wenk - Cleo's world

Andy Wenk: Everyone is talking about AI. The insurance sector in particular is hoping for maximum automation and is riding the very fast wave of emerging tools. However, a sense of proportion is required here. AI tooling is still in its infancy and requires a lot of testing and feedback to make the tools so good that they actually fulfill their purpose.

Christian Böttcher - Hayuno

Christian Böttcher: The perfect time for AI agents will probably never come. However, our joint project with Cleo's World shows that starting now and learning through iterations in productive use is the key to success. After just a short PoC phase, we quickly integrated ReplyMate. Not because everything was perfectly planned, but because we iterated and continuously improved together. AI tooling needs testing and feedback in real use, not in the lab. We are convinced that industry-specific knowledge combined with technological excellence makes the difference between an experiment and a real business-critical solution. The technology is mature enough for real added value - and will only get better if we continue to develop it in the field.
