4 questions - 1 success story

We celebrate the collaboration of our members!

In this series, we present real success stories from InsurLab members.

THE USE CASE:

What exactly is the common use case - and what problem has it solved for the insurance industry?

Our joint use case is the AI assistant Emmie, who works in the field of animal insurance and has been in regular operation at R+V for two months. Emmie answers customer questions automatically and context-sensitively directly on the Website - instead of static FAQs, there's real dialog. This reduces frustration on the customer side, saves clicks and relieves the customer service noticeably. It provides precise answers to frequent, repetitive topics - creating efficiency and a better customer experience in one.

PATH, IMPACT AND FURTHER DEVELOPMENT:

What did the path to implementation look like and what milestones were there? What is planned for the future - and why is it worth sticking with such collaborations?

Our long-standing cooperation with cooperative banks, such as the Volksbank Köln-Bonn, drew R+V's attention to LoyJoy. At the insureNXT industry event, we deepened the exchange - resulting in the pilot phase with Emmie for pet insurance. Emmie has now been in regular operation for two months. The next step: Rollout to the entire, extensive R+V website and all products. We are aiming to achieve this this year. Why stick with it? Because both sides benefit concretely: R+V gets contemporary, dialogical customer experience. And we at LoyJoy learn through the complex use case and continue to develop the platform with determination.

THE INSURLAB-IMPACT:

How did InsurLab Germany contribute to the use case coming about or gaining momentum?

InsurLab Germany was the door opener for our use case. LoyJoy has been accepted as a member of the network. At insureNXT, co-organized by InsurLab, we were able to establish contact with in greater depth. It became clear there that our conversational AI delivers real added value. Without the InsurLab, the idea might have remained in the drawer. So it became a pilot phase, and today Emmie is in regular operation.

PARTICIPATION IN THE COLLABORATION PROGRAM:

Why should you not miss out on the Collaboration program?

LoyJoy itself was part of the Collaborator Batch last year and was able to establish an international collaboration with Zurich Insurance. Today we are about to go live in Australia!
From our own experience: it is worthwhile for both sides to put real innovation into practice, moderated by Insurlab! So join in!
