In 2023, R+V Versicherung and bitkasten investigated how bitkasten can be implemented to make customer communication more digital and dialog-oriented. The project outline includes the optimization of the digital customer dialogue, a uniform customer experience, cost reductions and more sustainability. The challenges here are the large number of different customer portals and technologies, a high proportion of physical mail and the low number of digital accounts to date. The introduction of a central R+V login for all customer matters, combined with the integration of the innovative bitkasten as a white-label solution in the R+V style, could replace the existing mailboxes in the various customer portals.
This includes the linking of R+V and bitkasten accounts and the connection of various legitimization systems. The expected results are a central touchpoint for customers, cost and CO2 reductions and greater digital reach.
