As InsurLab Germany we understand Venture Clienting as a structured learning and cooperation process along real decision-making needs. In doing so, we act as a neutral authority with a focus on setting the framework, exchange and further development and create a reliable framework for sustainable cooperation.

Venture clienting offers
Scouting & Matchmaking
We offer our members a Individual scouting and matchmaking service for strategic focus areas and specific problems. After pre-selection, we also present suitable start-ups and scale-ups directly. Members also receive access to the Innovation Map - a platform with 250+ curated start-ups and scale-ups that uses AI-supported search functions to find suitable providers for specific issues.
Collaborator
With the Collaborator we strengthen the structured cooperation between insurers and start-ups or scale-ups over a defined period of time. Insurers and solution providers develop use cases together and work continuously on their validation and further development. The focus is on practical collaboration with measurable progress, supplemented by regular exchange and joint reflection as the basis for sustainable cooperation.
