Topic Day Resource & Process Efficiency

At our first Topic Day in 2023, we will be looking in detail at one of our two key topics for the year and exploring it in greater depth: resource and process efficiency. What is the potential in general? How can processes be automated, optimized and generally made 'lean'? How can various resources be used more efficiently and effectively within the company? These are just some of the questions that will be dealt with in depth at the Topic Day.
