Philipp Nolte recently joined our team as Senior Program Manager. He is responsible for the InsurLab Academy, the topics of transformation and sustainability, and the organization of various Topic Days. Philipp is also responsible for the cooperation with universities, our publications and the Career Day of insureNXT.
Before joining us, he spent five and a half years at the ROLAND Legal Protection active. There, he initially worked as a product manager with a focus on commerce and innovation. Subsequently, he worked as a change manager and was responsible in particular for the culture change program.

In his free time, Philipp enjoys cycling or relaxing with a book in his hand. He also enjoys boating vacations and round trips with his wife.
