AI is one of the topics, if not the topic of the hour. It is therefore all the more important that insurance companies do not approach AI projects hastily and unplanned, but with structure and strategy. There are proven empirical values for all phases of an AI project that can significantly increase the chances of success.

Within our Topic Group AI, we have intensively considered how AI projects can be successfully realized in an insurance company. The result of these considerations is our "How to AI Project 101". The publication is based exclusively on the collected experiences of our committed participants and offers valuable orientation for future projects in the field of AI.
