Pre-event get-together in Heidelberg
On the eve of the Topic Day Scaling AI: From pilot to performance We invite you to join us for a Get-together in Heidelberg at. The meeting point is at July 8, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. on the Market square in front of City Hall in Heidelberg. To 6:30 p.m. begins in about 60-minute guided tour through the old town. Afterward, we’ll wrap up the evening together with a Visit to a brewery wind down in a relaxed atmosphere and provide an opportunity for conversation and networking.
The following day will feature the Scaling AI Topic Day as well as our Summer Special will take place. We look forward to a wonderful start together.

We are thrilled by the tremendous interest in this event! Due to this high demand and the need to plan ahead, all available spots are currently filled. However, you are welcome to join the waiting list—if a spot becomes available due to a cancellation, we’ll be happy to contact you.
Of course, it can happen that one is prevented despite interest.
