The focus is on a strategic workshop under the guiding theme of Resilience, security & strategic course in uncertain times and with a keynote speech by Alexander Aulibauer, Associate Director of Finance at Deutscher Sparkassen- und Giroverband (Savings Banks Finance Group). The format will be complemented by a joint Speedsailing sailing trip on the Baltic Sea. Sailing in a team requires coordination, clear communication and situational decisions under changing conditions - qualities that are also required in a strategic environment. The cruise creates space for in-depth dialog and personal exchange in a constellation in which cooperation can be experienced directly.
