Executive Assistant:inside Meet-up: Resilience, security & strategic course in uncertain times
Strategic navigation and course setting in the preparation of the Management Board
Geopolitical tensions, security-related infrastructure issues and technological upheavals are noticeably changing the framework conditions for the economy and the insurance industry. For Executive Board officers and assistants this means classifying developments at an early stage, structuring risks and preparing a reliable basis for decision-making.
In an environment characterized by volatility, speed is less important than clear orientation and reliable navigation. Our Exclusive meet-up in cooperation with our member SkenData creates a protected framework for precisely this exchange. The focus is on a strategic workshop under the guiding theme of Resilience, security & strategic course in uncertain times and featuring a keynote address by Alexander Aulibauer, Associate Director of Finance at the German Savings Banks and Giro Association (Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe).
The format is complemented by a joint Speedsailing sailing trip on the Baltic Sea. Sailing in a team requires coordination, clear communication and situational decisions under changing conditions - qualities that are also required in a strategic environment. The cruise creates space for in-depth dialog and personal exchange in a constellation in which cooperation can be experienced directly.
For participants who would prefer to stay on land, there is a suitable option on the second day “Landlubber’s Alternative”: A A Philosophical City Tour of Rostock. It connects selected landmarks in this Hanseatic and university city with questions of change, direction, and sound decision-making. In this way, the “Land” option remains closely tied to the meet-up’s central theme without losing the collaborative nature of the format.
What you can expect
- Confidential peer exchange among Executive Board officers and assistants
- Strategic workshop with a focus on current security and structural developments
- Reflection on possible effects on decision-making processes and board preparation
– A group speed sailing trip on the Baltic Sea or a philosophical walking tour of Rostock as an alternative on land
- Networking in a concentrated, personal atmosphere

Target group: The event is aimed exclusively at: Board officers and board assistants at InsurLab insurance members. The number of participants is deliberately limited to enable an open and confidential exchange (first come, first served).
