Future Workshop

Strategic foresight helps make existing strategies more resilient and adaptable. By viewing the future as a valuable resource and leveraging it specifically for innovation, decision-making, and strategic planning, new perspectives are opened up. By developing visions of the future and scenarios, opportunities, risks, and alternative developments can be identified early on. At the same time, thought patterns and unconscious biases that might otherwise limit strategic decisions are brought to light.

To ensure a practical, interactive learning experience, our program incorporates methods and exercises from the Future Literacy Lab. Together with renowned futurist Louisa Kastner from Fraunhofer ISI | Department of Foresight, participants gain deep insight into the world of futures studies and learn how foresight can be concretely integrated into their own strategic planning.

Our member, the Ecclesia Group, to Detmold.

Participants benefit from:

– More robust strategies: better prepared for uncertainties and unexpected developments
– Early warning system: Systematically identifying and capitalizing on trends, risks, and opportunities
– Creative Clarity: New Ways of Thinking Beyond Established Routines
– Bias Awareness: Identifying and Addressing Cognitive Biases in Strategic Decision-Making
– Networking & collaboration: working together with other insurance companies to develop future strategies

Target group:

Innovators and strategists, executives, HR and organizational development professionals, communications specialists, and all employees involved in future-oriented and strategic projects. If you’re unsure whether this event is right for you, please feel free to contact Lilli turn!

If the workshop is fully booked, participation is reserved for office staff.

Note: The Future Workshop will be held in September and November with the same content and format. Attending just one session is sufficient for each person, though other colleagues from the same company are, of course, welcome to attend as well.
