Working in mixed-skill teams, they gain hands-on experience with AI-powered development approaches and learn how agent-based development, modern models, and secure sandbox environments can be applied in the insurance sector. The focus is not on lecture-style instruction, but on collaborative experimentation: through mob programming, live demos, and maximum interaction.

The format is aimed at Employees of insurance companies, who already have some preliminary experience with AI and would like to gain hands-on experience with AI-powered software development. The hackathon is particularly well-suited for participants who are eager to actively contribute, experiment as part of a team, and try out new development approaches in a hands-on setting.
