AI Bootcamp for Executives: From Pilot to Impact
How Leadership Enables the Transition from AI-Driven Initiatives to Sustainable Impact in the Core Business
Almost every insurance company now uses artificial intelligence. The key challenge arises when individual pilot projects need to be scaled up to produce a lasting impact on the core business. This requires clear priorities, effective management, and leadership that actively shapes the change.
In the AI Boot Camp for Executives Therefore, one key question takes center stage: What must leaders do to ensure that AI is effectively, scalably, and responsibly integrated into the organization?
During an intensive day, participants receive the Toolkit for Executives on Scaling AI. Together with experts from x1F, FZI, ÖRAG, CGI and the InsurLab Germany Topics range from prioritizing AI use cases and managing portfolios to change management and organizational readiness, as well as regulatory requirements and responsibility for increasingly autonomous AI agents. Exchanging ideas with other leaders is an essential part of the program and provides a space to discuss experiences, challenges, and potential solutions on an equal footing.
Participants benefit from:
- Prioritization: Evaluate AI Use Cases Based on Strategic Relevance and Value Contribution
- Controls: Build and Develop AI Portfolios in a Targeted Manner
- Organizational Readiness: Laying the Groundwork for Scaling AI
- Change & Collaboration: Shaping change and effectively organizing the interaction between humans and AI
- Governance & Responsibility: Classify regulatory requirements and clarify leadership responsibilities regarding the use of autonomous AI agents
Key Topics:
- From Use Case to Value Contribution: Which AI initiatives should be prioritized?
- Managing AI Portfolios: How do individual projects come together to form an effective overall portfolio?
- Organizational Readiness & Change: What are the prerequisites for successful scaling?
- Regulation as a Lever: How can regulatory requirements be leveraged to provide guidance for responsible scaling?
- Leadership in the Age of Autonomous AI: How are AI agents changing responsibility and collaboration?
Target group:
The AI Bootcamp is aimed at Executives from insurance companies who are responsible for implementing, scaling, or managing AI – for example, in functional areas such as strategy and transformation, innovation, IT, or data. Technical expertise is not the primary focus. What matters most is the leadership and management perspective: How can we set the right priorities, drive change, and create lasting impact through AI initiatives? The number of participants is limited. We recommend registering early.
Participation is open exclusively to members of InsurLab Germany.
Of course, it can happen that one is prevented despite interest. Therefore a request: If you have registered for one of our events but are unable to attend, please cancel as early as possible by sending an e-mail to connect@insurlab-germany. In this way we can further optimize our planning, allow interested parties to participate and save costs for catering etc. We thank you for your understanding!
Film and sound recordings as well as photos will be taken at the event. By registering for the event, you agree to their subsequent use.
