AI is increasingly transforming day-to-day work at insurance companies. For this to result in more than just individual applications and initiatives, leadership, skills, collaboration, and organizational processes must also evolve.

Together with the LVM Insurance We focus on AI Transformation Topic Day with the question, How insurers can use AI to drive their organizations forward in the long term and embed change in a sustainable way.

Along the dimensions Leadership, People & Skills, Collaboration & Organization, and Change & Implementation Let’s take a look at what defines an AI-driven organization and what experiences insurers have already gained along this path. Candid transformation stories, inspiring insights, and interactive workshops provide practical insights and create opportunities to discuss challenges and potential solutions.

The Topic Day is aimed specifically at Executives and decision-makers from insurance companies who are helping to shape the use of AI and the associated organizational changes. This includes, among others, decision-makers from strategy and transformation, human resources and organizational development, innovation, line organizations, as well as IT and data. The focus is on issues related to Leadership, competencies, collaboration, and the sustainable integration of AI into the organization.
