THE COLLABORATION PROGRAM FOR START-UPS AND SCALE-UPS
Our results-oriented collaboration program is a catalyst for new collaborations and innovations in the insurance market. It's aimed at both younger start-ups and more mature scale-ups looking to scale and attract new customers. If you are accepted into our 6-month program, you will work closely with our member companies to develop joint use cases and gain exclusive access to our broad network of experienced experts.
Our program includes no mandatory workshopsbut concentrates on exclusively on the cooperation between the start-up or scale-up and the member company. Our experience shows: The exchange of know-how and resources as well as joint work on use cases create a solid basis for long-term partnerships.
This intensive collaboration promotes innovation and helps you to achieve your goals faster and more effectively. Together, we are pushing the boundaries of the insurance industry and setting new standards!

Collaborate
During our Collaboration Program, you will work closely with at least one of our member companies to develop joint use cases, which in turn will result in a PoC or long-term collaboration at best.
Advertising
As part of our Collaboration Batch, we help you promote and communicate key milestones and success stories to gain even more exposure from our ecosystem and network.
Network
As part of our program, you will benefit from our broad network of experienced experts. With their specialist knowledge, they will assist you in strategic questions and support you in your successful positioning on the insurance market.
International
As part of the de:hub initiative and other international InsurTech hubs, opportunities arise to participate in leading international trade fairs as a speaker or exhibitor and to draw on expertise.
Stage presence
We offer our Collaborator Batch numerous opportunities to present solutions and make new customer contacts at InsurLab events, partner events and/or leading (inter)national trade fairs.
insureNXT
As part of our Collaborator Batch, you will receive a ticket and a free pitch slot for the annual insureNXT international congress trade fair in Cologne. Present your solution to leading experts and companies from the insurance industry.

Selection process
DEC 04 - FEB 15
Registration and selection phase
- Start-ups and scale-ups with innovative solutions for German insurers can apply and are evaluated internally
FEB 25
Pitch Competition
- Selected start-ups and scale-ups compete for seats in the batch with our member companies in the audience
FEB 26 - APR 24
Decision-making process
- InsurLab members have the opportunity to interact with the start-ups and scale-ups. Those who were able to win over at least one insurance company will be part of the final batch
MAY 19 - MAY 21
Kick-off & insureNXT
- The program officially begins with a meeting at InsurLab Germany in Cologne. Batch#26 will be rewarded with a pitch at insureNXT in Cologne the following day

Demo Day
- The start-ups and scale-ups showcase their successes from the program, such as new product demos and projects
