The future of innovation in the insurance industry is being redefined - because the insureNXT Innovators Award is back to celebrate those who are driving change!
What is the insureNXT Innovators Award?
The insureNXT Innovators Award is an annual award for particularly innovative products, services, business models and projects that can change the insurance industry in the long term. We invite all innovative minds in the insurance industry to submit their pioneering ideas and projects. Whether it's about digital transformation, customer-centric insurance products, artificial intelligence, sustainability or other topics - we are looking for innovations that will shape the future.
The insureNXT Innovators Award will be presented in a total of four categories in 2024:
Award for independent products, services or business models in the insurance industry that are established on the market or about to be launched. Individual submissions from individual companies without external involvement are honored. These can be start-ups, but also insurers, service providers or other insurance-related companies. It is important that the submission is directly relevant to the insurance industry or its target groups, for example in terms of increased efficiency or added value for customers.
Award for use cases and success stories based on collaboration between at least two organizations. The collaboration should involve at least one start-up. Typical partnerships include start-ups with insurers, service providers, technology providers or other players. Collaboration between start-ups is also possible. It is important that the submission is directly relevant to the insurance industry or its target groups, for example in terms of increased efficiency or added value for customers.
Award for outstanding scientific work, research projects or studies related to the insurance industry. A significant scientific background and a value contribution to the further development of the insurance industry are important. Submissions can be made jointly by one or more organizations, whereby at least one of the submitting parties must have a university or scientific background.
Award for ideas, projects, strategies, solutions or business models outside the insurance industry. The criterion is that submissions must not come directly from the insurance industry. Submissions must be based in other sectors and areas and demonstrate potential applications for companies in the insurance industry in order to promote cross-industry thinking and action. Submissions can be made jointly by one or more organizations.

- Cup and certificate: A trophy and a certificate round off the benefits
