Strengthening Leadership, Focus, and Impact in the AI Transformation

The AI transformation is no longer merely a technological issue. It is changing strategies, business models, decision-making processes, and the way organizations operate. For board members and executive leadership, it is therefore crucial how they provide direction, set priorities, and ensure their organizations remain capable of taking action.

At C-Level fireside evening We turn our attention to leadership in times of profound change: How can we successfully evolve existing structures, maintain focus amid rapid transformation, and align teams toward a common goal? The focus is on applying lessons from elite sports to business practice. After all, high performance doesn’t stem solely from individual strength, but from clear roles, trust, decision-making ability, and a game plan that holds up even under pressure.

With Uwe Schöpe, Chief Human Resources Officer and Director of Labor Relations at Zurich Group Germany, the first speaker of the evening has been confirmed. He will share the perspective of a board member who approaches transformation from within the organization: on leadership, culture, collaboration, and the question of how to effectively embed change within a company. A second speaker will be announced shortly. This will be a well-known figure from the world of sports who will complement the evening by offering additional insights on focus, performance, and leadership under pressure.
