The last topic is Voice AI

The Smart Claims Assessment of the Future

Modern voice solutions are evolving from simple voice dialogs into intelligent gateways for insurance processes. Using the use case of a car insurance claim report, the webinar demonstrates how a voicebot systematically records first-notice-of-loss (FNOL) reports, identifies required details, prepares data for transfer to specialized processes, and ensures compliance with data protection, anonymization, and vendor neutrality.

Michael Neukirch (Consultant, Inbound and Outbound Management for Insurance and Financial Services Providers, Arvato Systems) Using the example of an auto insurance claim report, he demonstrates how Voice AI captures information in a structured manner, identifies required fields, and prepares the data for transfer to specialized processes. In doing so, he examines the architecture—including anonymization, the voice engine, and “human-in-the-loop” processes—as well as data protection, vendor neutrality, and economic impacts.

What you will learn from the webinar:

→ Assessing Current Voice AI Potential in the Insurance Sector
→ Real-world example: Structured claims reporting via voicebot
→ High-level architecture with anonymization, a voice engine, and a human-in-the-loop approach
→ Assessment of Data Privacy, Vendor Lock-in, and Economic Effects

Target group:

Intended for executives and experts in claims, service centers, inbound channel management, IT architecture, data protection, and operations who want to put voice AI to practical use.
